Hessisches Gericht billigt der AfD eine Demofreie Zone zu....Ein Kommentar
In seiner skandalösen Entscheidung vom 28.11.2025 hebelt der hessische Verwaltungsgerichtshof (VGH) das Grundrecht auf Versammlungsfreiheit aus. Der VGH stellt sich damit an die Seite von Polizei und auch ganz offen an die der AfD.
All das vermittelt den Eindruck, die Richter:innen würden sich vorbereiten auf eine etwaige künftige AfD-Machtübernahme und vorsorglich mit der Parteijugend solidarisieren. Nichts anderes gilt für die Stadt Gießen, die den rechtsextremen Kräften der Partei auf diese Weise eine Wohlfühlzone zubilligt, die kaum anders, als Solidarisierung mit der AfD-Jugend gedeutet werden kann.
Den Demonstrant:innen zu unterstellen, sie würden 'Leib und Leben' Dritter gefährden, übernimmt 1:1 AfD-Hetze und kleidet sie in juristische Worte, bzw. Entscheidungen und verhilft dadurch der Polizei, mit aller zu erwartender Brutalität, das Versammlungs- und Protestverbot im Umfeld der Hessenhallen, durchzuprügeln.
Die realen Gefahren für 'Leib und Leben' gehen in diesem Land, wie überall, jedoch von Neonazis aus, von Kräften der AfD, von Polizist:innen (die sich nicht scheuen, einem kleinen 12-jährigen gehörlosen Mädchen in den Bauch zu schießen)- und nicht von jenen die sich den Neonazis mutig in den Weg stellen!
Und solchen Entscheidungen wie die vom VGH und der Stadt ergehen zu einem Zeitpunkt, zu welchem die AfD noch keine Regierungsämter inne hat- es kommen eisige Zeiten auf alle zu, die es wagen sich gegen die AfD zu positionieren.
Der VGH im.O-Ton:
"Jedenfalls gehe aber eine aufgrund der Kürze der Zeit vorgenommene Folgenabwägung wegen Gefahren für Leib und Leben der Versammlungsteilnehmer, der eingesetzten Polizei- und Rettungskräfte sowie unbeteiligter Dritter zu Gunsten der Verlegung des Versammlungsortes aus."
