LimeSurvey – a free and open source self-hosted alternative to SurveyMonkey
LimeSurvey allows users to quickly create intuitive, powerful online forms and surveys that can work for anyone from small business to large business. The survey software is self-guiding for the respondents. They have a cloud hosted option with free and paid tiers, much the same as SurveyMonkey, but there is also the Community Edition which is fully free and open source software which you can self-host. Apart from the freedoms that brings, it also means that any respondent data is also free from tracking and data mining by any 3rd parties.
In this video I tour through a sample survey that I created, where I run through the survey options, I also show how easily a new survey with questions can be started, and I end off with a run through the various general menu configuration options.

Der bayerische Kommunal-#Wahlkampf scheint eröffnet. Das zeigt auch ein Anschreiben "an alle Haushalte", das zur "Teilnahme an der #Bürger|#umfrage '#Heimatspiegel #Bayern 2025'" einlädt. Ziel soll es sein, "gute #Lebensbedingungen zu erhalten und stetig zu verbessern".
Mir scheint, in manchen Bereichen müssen wir diese "guten Lebensbedingungen" erst noch herstellen. Aber darauf können wir in unseren Antworten ja sicher eingehen. Stichworte, die mir spontan einfallen:

Bei uns im Viertel ist durch eine Baumaßnahme vor einer Grundschule unfreiwillig eine #Schulstraße entstanden.
Nun würde ich gerne in Rücksprache mit der Schulleitung kurzfristig eine Umfrage auf die Beine stellen und analysieren, wie die Kinder / Lehrer / Eltern / Anwohnenden das so finden.
Nur bin ich kein Umfrageexperte.
Hat jemand von euch evtl. eine (LimeSurvey) Vorlage oder hätte Lust eine mit mir zu bauen?

@[email protected] Ja, ich hatte die Empfehlungen mal gesammelt und hier im Artikel zusammengestellt: Es muss nicht Google Forms sein - Online-Befragungen DSGVO-konform und Open Source
tldr; für einfache Umfragen analog zu GoogleForms sind #CryptpadForm von @[email protected] , #FramaForms von @[email protected] oder gute Alternativen mit m.W. ähnlichem Funktionsumfang. Speziell für Schulen gibt es auch noch #Lerntools von @[email protected]. Es gibt auch einige gute öffentliche Instanzen.. Was fehlt Euch denn konkret bei Nextcloud?
Für komplexere Umfragen gäbe es dann noch weitere Möglichkeiten wie #SosciSurvey #Limesurvey @[email protected] und #RStats. Das wäre aber wahrscheinlich für die Anwendungszwecke überdimensioniert und zu aufwendig... -
