New Article: On #China's digital territorialization project, China's #digitalgeography, and #digitalterritory more broadly (reflections on US digital territory, recently described through the language of "#AmericanSoil" in a US Congress hearing).

Hey #fediverse , as I'm quite new here I'm happily looking forward to various discussions, shared thoughts and information. I see there is quite a lot potential to move away from Twitter, at least for me. Quite interestingly, decentralised and community-governed platforms seem to become a thing at the moment.
