Very weird. Every song on this album feels faster than I remember it.
I had it on cassette (which may well have been recorded at the wrong speed), and on #vinyl LP. I don't think I ever owned it on CD.
Right now I'm listening to it streamed from #qobuz, I can't imagine they would mess with it.
I just think my memory of it is wrong... or maybe that original cassette I had was slow. Weird.

Go me. Ran 2 errands today on bike. Well, it helps that it has stopped raining for a bit. (Today has been pretty damn gorgeous)

Petaluma 4th Annual Lighted Bike Ride was so much fun last night! And the rain (well, misting) stopped for exactly the duration of it!

My dad, my sister, my mother and myself walking along a path up in Puncak (the mountains south of Bogor where expats and well-off residents rented bungalows for the weekend).

Yes, I don't much like Strava but I did pony up $ for a month as part of finding good bike routes around here.
And as soon as I gave them my money, Strava promptly crashes. They've been iffy/down for almost 2 hours now.

(I did a nice fun short loop out the Lynch Creek trail and E Washington trail [I think?] back this morning before it got crazy hot)

I'm listening to the web stream of the local Petaluma community radio (KPCA), and they have a lot of gaps in their programming, so they just play music a lot of the time, and I've yet to figure out what rhyme or reason there is to what's included.
I mean, for the most part, I'm enjoying the mix (except occasionally) but I'm still baffled...
I don't fault them, it's hard filling all the airtime! But still...

man, I’m in a foul mood but hopefully can start improving it. Got woken up twice last night by work production alerts, and then a 3rd time at 3:00 AM by my neighbor talking really loud with a friend out on the back deck. wtf. Had to go out and ask them to shut up
(oh and background dread of the future is kicking in at times as well)
Gotta get myself out in nature pronto. Humans suck.

Completed our first quarterly #PIPlanning session. 😰
That was a lot of work! A LONG 3 days (me: 9.5 hours in Google Meet yesterday).
But the teams feel really good about it, and feels like for first time we're looking beyond the next sprint.
A serious "uh oh" moment yesterday in our team, when we realized the hoped-for timeline was easily 2x what we could do. But we pivoted and rearranged some things to avoid blocking other teams. 🙌
Looking forward to starting the quarter!

Nice. I was feeling iffy about Kleo season 2 but I liked the way it wrapped up.
(Although I wish they'd kept some of the characters they killed and killed off some of the characters they kept 😆 . Sorry, no spoilers)
