Telecommunications towers on Willan Hill, Wagga Wagga, Australia, yesterday. A cloudly gloomy day.
When I was in hospital earlier in the year I stared at these out the window for three weeks wondering why they looked so odd. From my perspective in the hospital, they were superimposed, so looked like a single lopsided tower. I thought of it as a baby Sutro Tower.
The photo was taken with my phone, very difficult to actually see what I was doing in the glare of daylight, so the composition was just a guess.#telecommunications #sutroTower #waggawagga #australia #photography

Hey San Francisco! Saturday and Sunday 11am-5pm, I'm at the Sunset Holiday Merchandise, in the County Fair building at 9th Ave and Lincoln in GGP, with Sutro pillows and cards and more. There's a lot of cool local vendors and food trucks here and it should be a good time all weekend.

The views are a juicy treat— walking around #BuenaVistaPark, with water out there in the distance on all sides, #GoldenGateBridge and #MtDiablo, not to mention #sutrotower and Mr #karlthefog… my oh MY!
And: I’m perceiving some little signals of positive change… and crap too, of course.
I live in a place where people put benches on the side of their houses for passersby to “spend the time of day.”
Now that’s a dandy phrase AND a wonderful neighborly spirit!
