This was absolutely brilliant! Seth Rogan, a lover of real film, is suddenly promoted to the head of Continental Studios.

The studios owner let's him have the job as long as the first movie he makes is based on the their latest IP deal, Kool Aid.

Actors and directors appear as themselves, including Martin Scorsese who wants to make a film about the Jonestown massacre.
