It is actually a campaign to make everyone but billionaires require government approval to manufacture anything, in order to destroy any possibility for anyone but the ruling class to compete or to make or repair our own things.
It is part of a larger demostrated pattern of seeking to control as much as everyone else’s lives as possible.

After last week's public comment it's clear Seattle city council doesn't listen to public comments at city hall. So I guess the people will have to take a lil road trip to be heard.
