🧪 RECETA: Burritos dulces
🛒 INGREDIENTES (Para 4 porciones individuales)
- 🌯 4 piezas de tortillas de harina de trigo (grandes).
- 🧀 190 g de queso crema untable (a temperatura ambiente).
- 🍓 4 cucharadas de mermelada de tu fruta favorita, cajeta o jarabe de chocolate.
- 🍫 4 barras de chocolate con leche (de unos 18 g cada una).
- 🛢️ 500 ml de aceite vegetal para freír (o el necesario para tu freidora).
- 🥢 4 piezas de palillos de madera (para que no se te desarme el invento).
🛠️ PREPARACIÓN
- El Cimiento: Extiende una tortilla de harina en una superficie limpia y unta una capa generosa de queso crema en el centro, dejando los bordes libres.
- El relleno: Añade encima la mermelada, cajeta o jarabe. Si vas a usar la barra de chocolate, colócala justo en medio del queso.
- El Dobladillo Extremo: Dobla los dos extremos laterales hacia adentro y luego enrolla desde abajo para formar el burrito. Asegúrate de que quede bien apretado.
- El Sello de Seguridad: Clava un palillo de madera atravesando el doblez final para fijar la tortilla y evitar que la magia se salga al freír.
- El Baño de Aceite: Calienta el aceite en una sartén profunda o freidora a fuego medio-alto. Pasa el burrito al aceite caliente con cuidado de no salpicarte.
- El Efecto Buñuelo: Fríe durante 1 o 2 minutos por lado hasta que la tortilla esté dorada y crujiente. Saca el burrito y escúrrelo en papel absorbente.
- Cuidadocon los palillos: Retira el palillo antes de morder. Deja enfriar dos minutos si no quieres una quemadura de tercer grado con el centro líquido.
Nota: El interior alcanza temperaturas muy altas debido al azúcar fundida, así que espera un poco a que se enfríe antes de dar la mordida.

Ok, I finally tried their weird sandwich. I guess, weirder than the last(!) This is that new Dominican (I think) place near Port Authority, Los Munchies.
I think it’s called the Cachapa. Instead of bread, you get two corn pancakes, basically. Then you choose the meat; beef, chicken, pork or mixto, pork & chicken.
It’s pretty much a mozzarepa with lettuce tomato & pork. Would not order again.
