@futurebird Hank Green is extremely deferential to authority in general. His old videos on anti-vaxxers show this. He has a tendency to consider people who don't defer to authority as irrational. In the case of anti-vaxxers, his blind deference led him to correct positions. In the case of AI, it led him to incorrect positions. We must stop "trusting the experts" & start critically evaluating studies & their methodology. I trust reliable evidence like well-conducted studies on all-cause mortality. These happen to be mostly made by "the experts", but "the experts" also say nonsense if given enough money. I trust someone with no credentials writing in a peer reviewed journal more than a PhD with 30 years of experience speaking on a podcast. Эти исследования не учитывают, получали ли дети какие-либо другие прививки, кроме кори. То есть эти исследования сравнивают одну группу привитых детей с другой группой привитых детей, и заключают, что прививки не связаны с аутизмом.
Есть довольно мало исследований, которые сравнивают привитых детей с полностью непривитыми. Эти исследования обычно небольшие, и серьезные учёные с конфликтами интересов не относятся к ним серьезно.
На этой неделе было опубликовано новое исследование (https://publichealthpolicyjournal.com/vaccination-and-neurodevelopmental-disorders-a-study-of-nine-year-old-children-enrolled-in-medicaid/ ), которое сравнило привитых детей с полностью непривитыми. Риск тиковых расстройств у привитых детей был в 6 раз выше.2. Известно, что преждевременные роды ассоциированы с нарушениями нервно-психического развития.
Авторы этого исследовании обнаружили, что если сравнивать привитых недоношенных детей с непривитыми родившимися в срок детьми, то кроме эпилепсии, преждевременные роды не были ассоциированы с нарушениями нервно-психического развития.
Но когда авторы сравнили привитых недоношенных детей с непривитыми недоношенными, они обнаружили, что у привитых риск аутизма и гиперкинетического синдрома был повышен в 3 раза, риск эпилепсии - в 4 раза, риск нарушений обучения - в 10 раз, а риск энцефалопатии был повышен в 7 раз.
Авторы пишут, что из-за предполагаемой безопасности прививок, недоношенные дети вакцинируются по тому же графику, что и дети, рождённые в срок.
Таким образом, связь между преждевременными родами и нарушениями нервно-психического развития может быть частично связана с прививками, а не только с самими преждевременными родами.3. Чем больше у ребенка было визитов к врачу, которые включали вакцинацию, тем выше был риск аутизма. У детей, с одним включающим вакцинацию визитом к врачу, риск аутизма был в 1.7 раз выше, по сравнению с детьми без таких визитов. У детей с четырьмя визитами - риск аутизма был в 1.9 раз выше. У детей с 5 и более визитами - риск аутизма был в 2.7 раз выше. А у детей с 11 и более включающих вакцинацию визитами - риск аутизма был в 4.4 раза выше, чем у детей без таких визитов.
Подытоживая результаты исследования, авторы заключают, что текущий график вакцинации может способствовать развитию различных нарушений нервно-психического развития; что вакцинация в сочетании с преждевременными родами сильно связана с повышенным риском нервно-психических нарушений, по сравнению с преждевременными родами без вакцинации; и что увеличение количества визитов к врачу, включающих вакцинацию, связано с повышенным риском аутизма.
