Эта статья посвящена разбору хоста Portal на Standalone. Нам было нужно реализовать утечку персональных данных клиентов. Чтобы выполнить задание, необходимо получить информацию о клиенте с ID=2. Перед началом поиска уязвимостей сканируем хост на открытые порты.

Oficjalnie: Valve pokazuje „Steam Frame”. To lekkie gogle VR, które obsłużą całą Twoją bibliotekę Steam (i nie tylko)
Koniec domysłów. Valve oficjalnie odsłoniło karty, uruchamiając stronę produktu dla swoich nowych gogli VR – Steam Frame.
Urządzenie jest reklamowane hasłem „Twoje gry w każdym wymiarze” i ma być pomostem między graniem na PC a mobilną swobodą.
Hybryda: Streaming + Stand-alone
Valve promuje Steam Frame jako urządzenie „streaming-first”. W zestawie znajdziemy dedykowany adapter bezprzewodowy 6GHz. Gogle posiadają podwójne radio: jedno dedykowane wyłącznie do streamingu obrazu i dźwięku z PC, a drugie do łączenia z Wi-Fi. Ma to wyeliminować opóźnienia i konkurencję o pasmo.
Jednak Valve wprost pisze: „obsługuje również tryb stand-alone”. To potwierdza wcześniejsze doniesienia o potężnym procesorze (prawdopodobnie Snapdragon) i otwiera drogę do uruchamiania gier (w tym tych z Androida) bezpośrednio na goglach, bez udziału komputera.
Rewolucja: Foveated Streaming
Największą innowacją technologiczną jest Foveated Streaming. Gogle wykorzystują śledzenie wzroku (eye tracking), aby przesyłać obraz w najwyższej jakości tylko tam, gdzie aktualnie patrzysz. Valve deklaruje, że daje to ponad 10-krotną poprawę jakości obrazu i efektywności pasma.

Oficjalna specyfikacja robi wrażenie:
- Ekran: dwa panele LCD o rozdzielczości 2160 x 2160 na oko.
- Odświeżanie: 72-144 Hz, adaptacyjne.
- Soczewki: niestandardowe, cienkie soczewki typu „pancake”.
- Tracking: 4 kamery monochromatyczne do śledzenia otoczenia i kontrolerów (działają nawet w ciemności).
Kontrolery, które zmieniają zasady gry
Nowe kontrolery Steam Frame to hybryda pada i kontrolerów VR. Mają dzielony układ gamepada (D-pad, przyciski ABXY, analogi), co pozwala na wygodne granie w zwykłe, płaskie gry ze Steam na wirtualnym ekranie.
Jednocześnie posiadają pełne śledzenie w przestrzeni i pojemnościowe wykrywanie palców do gier VR. Ciekawostka: działają na pojedyncze baterie AA, które mają wystarczyć na ok. 40 godzin gry.
Dla graczy to świetna wiadomość – Valve stworzyło sprzęt, który może zastąpić monitor (do gier non-VR), być high-endowym zestawem VR do PC, a w podróży działać jako samodzielna konsola.
