Het ADDIE-model is een veel gebruikt model voor het ontwerpen en ontwikkelen van leertrajecten. Het model zou ook verouderd zijn, en star. Nu we de beschikking hebben over AI-technologie, is ‘ADDIE’ weer aan verandering onderhevig. I wasn't able to attend ALTC this year (a pre-booked family holiday and much needed rest) but I wanted to share the abstract I submitted and withdrew: a reflection on how we used the shift to Blackboard Ultra at BNU not as a technical refresh, but as a strategic intervention.
It’s not been about chasing new tools. It’s about doing fewer things, better.

After 12 yrs I might be losing my enthusiasm for graphic design as a career. It’s undervalued and under appreciated as a skill and salaries stagnating for the few jobs that remain.
Thinking about pivoting to something like #UXdesign #uidesign #interactiondesign or #learningdesign and I’m also curious about #GISmapping but unsure where to start. I think ideally I need professional career guidance (if it exists for adults?)
