Sometimes I just need to take my mind off things. And what better way to do that than making chilli sauce with a dear friend? 🌶️
A little cooking and a lot of chilli later… somehow things feel a bit lighter.
🌕 Yellow chilli sauce:
Lemon Drop or other yellow chillies, carrots, onion, garlic & oil.
❤️ Red chilli sauce:
Siberian House Pepper, UFO chilli or other red chillies, red pepper, garlic & oil.

Die Haupternte für Chili hat bei mir Begonnen.
Hoffentlich wird alles draußen reif, will nicht wieder Urwald im Büro haben. Hab zwar jetzt einen Kellerraum zum überwintern, aber den will ich nicht beheizen.
