I’m very picky when it comes to guided meditations. The voices almost always grate, so I’d never pay the exorbitant subscriptions that are now expected.
Dr Siddharth Ashvin Shah is one of the few whose voice really works for me. I bought some of his albums on iTunes years ago, but they’re all on streaming now, under the names Splendor of Meditation, Music for Deep Sleep and Greenleaf Integrative.
