Torno in radio con “Hack or Die” su Radio Città Fujiko (ogni due martedì, alle 14)
Nonostante le mie giornate siano pienissime tra lavoro, ricerca accademica e progetti vari, è con molta gioia che posso annunciare che torno (finalmente!) a fare radio. Gioia che ha una doppia ragione: non solo perché metto voce, tempo ed energie in un programma radio ma anche perché questo programma è dedicato all’approfondimento critico sulle tecnologie digitali, tema che mi sta molto a cuore e che ritengo fondamentale per i tempi che stiamo vivendo.
Sono entrato a far parte della redazione di “Hack or Die“, che per questa stagione sarà una appuntamento bisettimanale sulle frequenze della bolognese Radio Città Fujiko, sui 103.1 FM a Bologna, in DAB+ su Bologna, Modena, Ferrara e Ravenna e in streaming.
Questa mia avventura inizia oggi, martedì 16 settembre, alle 14 e, a seguire, ogni due settimane.

In den USA lief mit Jahreswechsel das Copyright für den Disney-Film "Steamboat Willie" aus und die englischsprachige Wikipedia hat diesen prompt hochgeladen und verfügbar gemacht.
Nach EU-Coyprightregeln wäre der Film hierzulande erst 2041 gemeinfrei. Da ist es schwer zu wissen, ob die US-Gemeinfreiheit auch jetzt schon bei uns zuschlägt oder nicht.
In Deutschland gibt es ein explizites Abkommen mit den USA, das bedeutet: Dort bleibt das Copyright bis 2041 bestehen.

I'm not a lawyer and I've never played one on TV. 😜
I believe when the authors release the modified software to the public, which in the case of the Affero GPL means the software is providing service to the public, the source code for the updated software must also be shared back to the public (through the copyright holder?).
I'm not sure about the details of how authors keep or give copyright for their modifications to the copyright holder of the original project or not...
I think you're right that the copyright holder can change the license for future versions, but I don't think that any author can change the license, which I think is the protection provided.
