Cognition Dissemination: A Necessary Batman Spinoff
There’s enough mystery around The Batman’s version of Selina Kyle that it warrants a limited series.

Well, I finally watch "The Batman" with Robert Pattinson. Very impressive! Thoroughly enjoyed it.
Pattinson did well to steer clear of the MCU and suits the role very well. No glitter.
Zoë Kavitz makes a great Selina Kyle, Andy Serkis is perfect as Alfred, and Colin Farrell is unrecognisable (and awesome) as Penguin.
Paul Dano is a new type of Riddler, a characterisation I quite liked.
The city is a character itself: dark, brooding, with no redeeming characteristics. Stuffed if I can work out why anybody would want to live there.
The story? Well, it's a Batman story. It plays with the death of Bruce Wayne's parents and legacy a bit, as they all do, but it seems more realistic than many versions. Bruce/Batman the man is much more gritty, more hurting, more real. The story arc flows well.
All in all, I enjoyed it. A lot.
PS. His car. I want it.
