finale was 25 minutes of enthralling if predictable courtroom drama followed by a bloodbath and a satisfying resolution to the #mayorfisk arc. If they never come back around on #fisk again I wont be disappointed, I know the comics did more with him in exile, but I dont think its needed
Some setup for season 3 (and probably #brandnewday) in there but this is probably the best thing #marvel has done for #disneyplus and I include #loki in that.

I enjoy this episode a lot more than he internet did, especially during my season 3 bluray rewatch. It's clearly supposed to be silly and stupid, because they aren't actually vulcans. Plus Patton Oswald!

I am rewatching #stargateuniverse for the first time since it was originally broadcast. I had forgotten, At least in the first season, it's trying so hard to be #battlestargalactica it's barely still #Stargate, it lacks the irreverent heart and tone of its two parent series

Top of my almost 7 year old #LG #OLED #TV is degrading, pixels are going dark in almost like a narrow arc shape at the top, makes it look like the panel is sagging slightly. It gets a lot of hours with the kids as our main TV. Looking online this type of degrading appears common. Would have liked a few more years out of it
Have to watch it until its unwatchable, can't buy another at the moment. Hope miniled can solve its true blacks in time

People who still bitch about using the command line on Linux are crazy, I spend as much time in powershell when I have to administer Windows these days. Microsoft doesn't even bother to develop GUI tools anymore its all pwsh cmdlets

anyone using a recent mac mini as a HTPC? I got a bunch of gift vouchers for a tech store that sells apple tech, and am in need of a new device to play streaming services and jellyfin. With the vouchers it would only cost me a few hundred dollars.
Plus the idea of later tinkering with asahi linux when it supports the M4 is tempting

so I've tested a couple of games on my framework amd and it does surprisingly well. if you drop its resolution to that of a steamdeck (1280x800) it actually out performs the steamdeck on the steamdeck preset in cyberpunk 2077.
it can run doom eternal on high very playable too. Spider-man glitches out with a lighting bug, but the frame rate is good while it does it
FSR has done a lot for these APU machines.

rebased my test box to #Kinoite #nightly. Damn if the plasma 6 alpha doesn't have some awesome refinement.
Love the new layouts in settings and discover. Was expecting to hate the default floating panel - but its actually been made much better than it was in plasma5.
Looking forward to running the beta on my main machine when it's tagged
