Yesterday, proofs came of my new novella, The Blossoming of the Big Tree, and it got me a bit excited. I have got print copies of my books before, but not one I designed from scratch. I was worried about how the cover would look like, and also because I used LibreWriter for typesetting, if the font was the right one, etc, but it all looks nice and cute. Proud of myself. 😊

After watching Alien (1979) and Alien: Romulus (2024), but my son was very curious about the Weyland-Yutani Corporation.
He says they need to make a movie exploring the Weyland-Yuntani Corporation -- how it came to be, why it's so evil, etc.
I agree with him, I am fully hoping that Alien: Earth will dive deeper into the Weyland-Yuntani Corporation.
