Je repense à Beth Elliot qui était une activiste lesbienne et chanteuse de folk à la fin des années 60/au début des années 70. Elle était en charge de la newsletter de la première association lesbienne des USA et elle était dans le comité d'organisation de la West Coast Lesbian Conference de 1973 à laquelle elle devait chanter sur scène.
Des meufs, dont une invitée de la conférence, ont obtenu son exclusion en distribuant des pamphlet disant qu'elle était un homme infiltré avec une mentalité de violeur. C'est considéré comme la première occurence du stéréotype selon lequel les femmes trans s'infiltrent dans les milieux lesbien pour violer des lesbiennes.
Le clou de son callout était quand une de ses ex avec qui elle est sortie à l'université plusieurs années avant ça l'a accusée de l'avoir agressée alors que leur relation s'était bien passée à l'époque, elle venait de rejoindre un groupe de lesbiennes séparatistes misandres. Elle a fini par devoir arrêter l'activisme et sa carrière de musicienne est morte en même temps.

Je vois que ça fait évoluer mon point de vue sur le sujet, qui avait surtout été influencé jusque là par des voix qui étaient en fait plutôt libérales.
La prostitution “bien consentie”, telle que présentée dans certaines fictions et témoignages, est en fait une réalité minoritaire, et discutable politiquement ( #oppressions etc.)

Endlich können #transsexuelle / #transidente #Menschen dann in Zukunft ihren #Vornamen und ihren #Geschlechtseintrag ganz einfach am #Standesamt ändern lassen. So weit so gut und seit langer Zeit längst überfällig!
Das Selbstbestimmungsgesetz kommt. So endlich und doch so falsch!
Was macht eine #Frau zur Frau? Wer bestimmt darüber, wer eine Frau ist und wer nicht?
Nunja, in Zukunft darf darüber die #Bademeisterin des Schwimmbads nebenan oder der Angestellte der #Sauna im Fitnessstudio entscheiden. Kein #Witz.
Die #Koalition, namentlich vor allem unsere aktuelle #Familienministerin Lisa #Paus (Bündnis 90/DIE #GRÜNEN) und unser aktueller #Justizminister Marco #Buschmann (#FDP) haben nun endlich, endlich das neue Selbstbestimmungsgesetz und damit die Abschaffung des vermaledeiten, menschenunwürdigen und vor allem verfassungswidrigen #Transsexuellengesetz|es beschlossen.
Doch was endlich die #Diskriminierung und die menschenunwürdigen Anforderungen die das Transsexuellengesetz mit sich brachten, beseitigen sollte, gerät nun zu einer absoluten Farce! Denn in Zukunft darf die Bademeisterin oder der Angestellte einer Sauna darüber entscheiden, ob eine Frau mit transsexuellem Hintergrund oder Vergangenheit, in die #Damenumkleide, die #damentoilette oder in die #Frauensauna darf oder nicht.
Völlig ungeachtet dessen was in meiner #Geburtsurkunde oder in meinem #Ausweis steht, dürfen mir andere Menschen dann mit dem Selbstbestimmungsgesetz im Rücken verbieten, in eine Frauensauna zu gehen oder mich im Damenbereich umzuziehen.
Laut meiner Geburtsurkunde bin ich eine Frau und war ich schon immer eine Frau. Das habe ich sogar als hochrichterlichen Beschluss mit Brief und Siegel. Ich bin sozusagen staatlich geprüfte Frau. Doch wenn ich in Zukunft ins Fitnessstudio gehe und dort in die Sauna gehen will, muss ich befürchten, dass mir andere Menschen nur aufgrund meines Aussehens verbieten, in die Sauna zu gehen.
Das ist von der #Regierung per #Gesetz zugelassene – nein sogar geforderte, echte #Diskriminierung!
Nun stelle sich mal jemand vor, ich ginge ins Schwimmbad, gehe, wie ich es gewohnt bin und wie es für mich, sowohl von der Geburtsurkunde her, von den Hormonen her, von den Genitalien her und auch vom Äusseren her richtig wäre in den Damenbereich und möchte mich dort umziehen oder gar die dortigen Gemeinschaftsduschen verwenden. Nun steht da eine Frau im roten Badeanzug mit Logo des Schwimmbads auf der Brust und fordert mich vor allen dort anwesenden Menschen auf, den Damenbereich zu verlassen und in den Herrenbereich zu gehen.
Herr Dr. Marco Buschmann, das kann nicht Ihr Ernst sein, oder?

我想就这则影片延申一下前面关于「性别定义」的议题。前面我说「在传统的二元性别划分理念下，『什么是女性』『什么是男性』『什么不是女性』『什么不是男性』这四个问题被规约成了同一个问题」，这涉及到#女本位（#女性中心主义，#Gynocentrism）
在我看来，#TERF、#Radfem、#基进女权 这些分支的问题正是「并非女本位主义」的。祂们对待性别定义和#性别议题 的态度，恰恰是在围绕「男性」打转——关注男性欲求（如何阻挠和反对其实现）而非关注女性欲求；关注鉴别和排除「非女成分」（如「婚驴」）而非「女性成分」；关注父权维护自身的手段（如复刻「性羞辱」）而非创造维护女性的手段，等等。
二元性别理论试图将「什么是男性」等同「什么不是女性」，并且以为「什么不是女性」可以用来代替回答「什么是女性」，我认为这恰恰不符合女本位，而是男本位和屌本位，所谓#性别本质主义。
我觉得#最后的绝地武士 里对此有更好的表述——
「我们终将赢得胜利，不是通过对抗我们所恨，而是守护我们所爱。」 -
For me the most frustrating thing about #radfems is that there is stuff I agree with them on. It's not like dealing with fascists where I can just dismiss all of their talking points out of hand. If I hadn't already blocked this account for SWERFiness then I would've retweeted this because while her analysis is incomplete (she doesn't factor in #racism, first of all) it's also not wrong.

I wonder how many of the TERFs whining about conspiracies to replace cis women with trans women are just mad because their cis male partners left them for a trans woman who's less repressed and resentful and more fun and adventurous in bed.
