  1. Imagination of #Glory, even though it's corrupted by all kinds of nastiness in Trump, is a typical #phenomenon even when it's not corrupted. #Humans have told themselves #stories ever since time #immemorial. We are making it up as we go. And that's what I'm referring to is possibly a problem.

  2. When we finally stop viewing Earth, #Society, #Community, "Humanity" through a #Dystopian lens, we finally see it for the barren wasteland where idealized fantasies go to wither into the ethos of nothingness; #Earth: The only known #planet to inhabit #Humans, ironically it is also void of actual #Humanity;

    You can encourage my continued useless #poetry, creativity and expression of self, #commentary, random thoughts, #philosophy and ideas, and by doing so your helping to feed, house and clothe a #disabled man living in #poverty, $5-10-15 It All Helps, via #cashapp at $woctxphotog or via #paypal at paypal.com/donate?campaign_id=…

  5. Humans need to be more like penguins.
    Well-dressed, funny and excellent at working together.

    And a few slightly better dressed because of course.

  6. I like to think that early #humans were different not just in culture, but genetically as well, and a final converge out of species before, with prolonged and determined styles to survive:
    "Even after the split, movement and mating continued between these early groups. The researchers describe this as a weakly structured stem, meaning the roots of modern humans were not one isolated population, but a loose set of connected populations with ongoing gene flow."

  7. Pre-emptive behaviour in a landscape of intergroup conflict

    #Humans have a rather catastrophic habit of getting into #wars, but at least we aren’t alone in our military misery. A diverse array of species—from #ants, to #woodpeckers, to #chimpanzees—engage in violent intergroup conflicts that require careful preparation.
    Animal groups modify their actions across a ‘landscape of intergroup conflict’, with social, spatial, cognitive, population, and community consequences.
