Das zermürbende an #Rheuma #Polyarthritis sind die Schwankungen. Gerstern wars ok konnte mit Arbeit an Texte gut vorankommen. Heute ging dagegen gar nix. Nichtmal 1 St. Zu viele Schmerzen. wechselhaftes Wetter macht zudem zu schaffen. Das macht es schwierig Dinge zu planen

Heute sinds 5 Wo. #Rheuma Schub
= viele Schmerzen + Schmerzmittel, wenige St. am Tag konzentrationsfähig, Erschöpfung, schlechter Schlaf, Gereiztheit, Abends kann ich mich nicht bewegen, brauche für alles Hilfe. Nebenbei Kampf um kostenübernahme #Schmerztherapie

Und es grüßt das morgendliche Zimmerdecke anstarren bis Schmerzmittel wirkt und #Rheuma Morgensteifigkeit samt Gelenkschmerz nachlässt...
Sollte vielleicht Auftrag zum Zimmerdecke bunt anmalen vergeben! Wäre nicht so langweilig wie weiße Decke.
