I am 100% anti-diet culture. Militantly. That is one of the many things that makes gastroparesis piss me off so much. Every time I have to buy something that is clearly marketed to dieters, a little piece of my soul dies.

You can eat all the calorie free, sugar free, fat free, guilt free food and what you'll eventually figure out is what's not free is you. You're trapped in #dietculture and you're scared of peanut butter.
(By the way…if you’re allergic to PB you’re allowed to be scared of it, this isn't about that.)
