I'd really like to see more #pixelartists do this. I think that's the primary missing component that sets most #pixelart today apart from the artwork of the 80s and 90s. If you really want that retro feel, it has to be something you build into the artwork from the start.

Which means the end result is gonna look a little funky on modern displays. But I think there's a lot of charm in that, too!

Idk, it's just something to think about, I guess.

I'm a programmer, I'm a designer, but I am not an artist. Let alone a pixel artist. But one of my favorite things to do is little tiny pixel arts.
