Ended up doing a bunch of singles on my #OverheadPress today for fun. I was very pleasantly surprised to pull off my old 1RM again. It was tough, would definitely have called it an RPE 10, but that was after lots of shoulder spamming. So that's quite a pleasant surprise! #gym #mastolift #StrengthTraining

Oh my lord, hook grip on #deadlifts is not in the cards for me right now. I just can't get the arm rotation far enough to feel right at all. I'll just struggle and use straps instead

My two kids joined me in this workout. I even had to help them inside the band and lift them up to do the pull-ups 😁
It took us ages to finish 4 laps but we had fun!
