  17. Ended up doing a bunch of singles on my #OverheadPress today for fun. I was very pleasantly surprised to pull off my old 1RM again. It was tough, would definitely have called it an RPE 10, but that was after lots of shoulder spamming. So that's quite a pleasant surprise! #gym #mastolift #StrengthTraining

    * Overhead Press: Pyramid 5x3 @ 145, 155, 165lbs/75kg.
    * Push Press: 4x3 @ 185lbs/84kg.
    * Close grip bench/row: supersets 3x8 @ 195lbs/88kg each.

    Hit 4 reps on the top set tonight. Not bad though I'd be really happy with 5! Push press felt pretty good also.
