    Faltando 4 dias pro nosso desafio de Janeiro acabar trago informações:

    - No dia 31 um novo desafio pode ser lançado diretamente com os integrantes que já fazem parte do grupo
    esse vai ser o esquema que eu vou usar então quem já está no desafio hoje, vai automaticamente estar no desafio de fevereiro!
    - Se você não vai participar, não tem problema permanecer no grupo, e se quiser sair pra voltar em outro do ano também é de boa, eu vou ficar atualizando os links dos desafios todos os meses
    - Agora a parte boa: tendo em vista a proximidade da maior festa nacional vem para a avenida o desafio "Alô Unidos do Fediverso!" prepare a purpurina, pegue sua sombrinha, amarre seu patuá, e vamo se mexer no carnaval, esse mês vale caminhada em bloquinho, vale pedal carnavalesco, vale corrida pro samba então bora se mexer!

  2. Bench press remax today. 10 lb increase up to 195 now!

    This was my max about 7 years ago before I stopped lifting regularly. Which means any gains from here on out are breaking new ground!

    Last year, when I started lifting again I maxed at 145. So 50lbs of newbie gains during this 1st year.

  3. Quick #fitness update.

    Down 63 lbs as of this morning. Currently sitting at 215 lbs down from 278. Still #strengthtraining 4-6 times a week. But I had a knee injury about 2 months ago which has preventing me from #running. So I’ve been substituting #cycling for my runs these last 2 months and I’ve been limiting my leg day strength work a bit.

    But, the knee is doing really well. I’ve been scaling my leg day workouts these last 2 weeks and plan to try a run later this week as well.

  4. 50lbs weight loss in about 18 months.

    I’m definitely feeling worlds better, but still got a ways to go. Getting stronger and faster.

    Screenshot only shows last 12 months of weight loss. But I started at #280.

  5. In all my years (14ish) of using Garmin watches to record my workouts, I’ve never had one run out of battery on me mid workout. Kinda my fault though. It told me over a day ago it was low on battery.

    Well, if you ever wondered what happens to your workout in this situation. Apparently it gracefully saves the workout before turning itself off. So that’s cool. It managed to record 2.92 of my 3 mile run at least.

    Also got a lift in this morning. Pull day. Dumbbell biceps curls to failure, pull-ups and dumbbell flys among other fun stuff.

  7. Did my first set of #deadlifts today with straps. The grip support was great as expected, but getting into position was really hard. Recently I've been bracing and positioning before I bend over which isn't an option with wraps. So it made it much harder than I thought. #mastofit #fitodon #strengthtraining
