  27. Finally got back to the #gym today after some illness and random distractions! Was a totally random day, but I ended up doing a pressing session. Did #PushPress for triples up to about 95% 1RM, then #StrictPress triples every minute on the minute (EMOM) for 6 or 7 minutes. Felt pretty good!

  42. New PR today! 225lbs/100kg #pushpress has finally fallen. I had plans to do a strict press 225lbs, but due to my shoulder issues earlier last year, I stalled out hard on that. Really happy with this though!

    Not on video - I pulled it off the rack a second time just to see if I had a second attempt in me. Barely walked it out after that lol. Oi. Long way to go to progress this further, but with the shoulder not being a clown anymore, I've got the ability to work on it now.

    Video, but this time I took the audio out to avoid the angry loud scaries!
