    - 5x 27 kg
    - 5x 28 kg

    Lower body: Back squats #BackSquat
    - 5x 30 kg
    - 5x 35 kg
    - 5x 40 kg
    - 5x 45 kg

    Accessory: Arms & shoulders, 3 rounds
    - 8 single arm bent over rows e/s (15 kg)
    - 8 single arm tricep kick back e/s (6 kg)
    - 8 2DB bench press (7,5 kg)

    I wasn't feeling like doing my hamstring / shoulder rehab, nor like doing the core class. Some basic weight lifting hit the spot today

    This week I figured out how to record GoPro footage at a better resolution so it can actually be used in these! I also threw in some extra footage of random dog walks and driving around. Might be worth scrubbing through the video to see those bits if nothing else!

    I also realized there was a much better encoding option which makes the videos render faster and be a way lower file size. So that's great!

    I dropped the ball on closed captions. I'm sorry about that and it's still on my list to get going next time!

  9. Finally got back to the #gym today after some illness and random distractions! Was a totally random day, but I ended up doing a pressing session. Did #PushPress for triples up to about 95% 1RM, then #StrictPress triples every minute on the minute (EMOM) for 6 or 7 minutes. Felt pretty good!

  10. New PR today! 225lbs/100kg #pushpress has finally fallen. I had plans to do a strict press 225lbs, but due to my shoulder issues earlier last year, I stalled out hard on that. Really happy with this though!

    Not on video - I pulled it off the rack a second time just to see if I had a second attempt in me. Barely walked it out after that lol. Oi. Long way to go to progress this further, but with the shoulder not being a clown anymore, I've got the ability to work on it now.

    Video, but this time I took the audio out to avoid the angry loud scaries!

  11. If, no, when I hit my goal of a 225lbs single on my #pushpress I'm going to finally buy myself a log for the gym. I've been wanting to try it out and train it for a long time.
