It's a lot cooler today...only 27°c (16°c cooler than Saturday!), That in itself should mean a less puddled, and altogether better session.
No run today - I developed a very nasty blind boil in a very delicate spot, after Friday's run -
I got Magnesium Sulfate Paste for it first thing this morning, and now 4hrs after first application it's more comfortable, we'll see if it's calmed down enough to run tomorrow -

I'm thinking about quitting #circuittraining. It's a free class and this is my third year. Every year the instructor changes because the local public administration only hires through 1-year contracts (interesting how only the public sector is allowed to do that repeatedly 😤!). Anyway this year they hired a young man who's always on sick leave or refuses to do the class. His colleague who usually trains children in schools ensures the class in those cases.
