Circuit training in 30mins
It's a lot cooler today...only 27°c (16°c cooler than Saturday!), That in itself should mean a less puddled, and altogether better session.
No run today - I developed a very nasty blind boil in a very delicate spot, after Friday's run -
I got Magnesium Sulfate Paste for it first thing this morning, and now 4hrs after first application it's more comfortable, we'll see if it's calmed down enough to run tomorrow
