Know what I did on my Wednesday #work day?
I was ~5 hours late for work! 😱
The good news is...
I slept for about 5 hours.
😂!!Oh...
That was so bad.
So so bad.
😅!I remember, just before the time that I normally prep for my work day, I thought, "Lemme relax just a little bit."
Next thing I know I'm waking up to a clock that says 1:40-ish.
When I saw it I was actually thinking,
"Hmm...
2 in the afternoon.
... 😶
... 😳❗
Nooooooo! 😱‼️" -

Jay Faerber is a really good writer. Noble Causes, Secret Identities (cancelled far too soon!), and Graveyard Shift are all great comics that held up better over time than most from their era, and I wouldn't mind seeing more of any of them.

So yesterday I slept 5 hours in the morning, which was awesome. No nap afterwards. But I tried. I really did.
Worked all night and now...
It's almost noon.Why am I still wide awake??! Not the slightest bit sleepy! 😖

Used to really watch/listen to #podcasts, but I multitask a lot (translation: scatter-brained) and I realized that oftentimes I'm not really paying attention. So now podcasts have been reduced to background noise... like #music or white noise. 🤷♀️It helps when the hosts sound good -- like #MikeRowe and #LeoLaporte -- and with no super loud hyperactive people talking like in #ReplyAll.

Haven't been getting enough #sleep for a few weeks now. 😳
About an hour or two of sleep in the morning, then another hour or so in the early evening, before a quick dinner and prepping for work.
I find myself binge-napping (if I can call it that) on #Saturdays -- morning, afternoon, evening. 😴 Then Sunday is like an in-between to transition back to my weekdays. Then, I repeat my groundhog week.
