It's your typical Mandelbrot equation z ↦ zⁿ + z₀, but instead of a constant n=2, here n follows the Fibonacci sequence as the fractal iterations go up. Orbit trap of a ring, which appears unperturbed in the first iteration, but getting "fractalized" on the subsequent iterations below.
