@Lilith Wusste nicht, dass der CCC sich nicht gegen #eIDAS2 eingesetzt hat. Das war schon Bullshit als sie mit ihren staatlichen Zertifikaten gekommen sind und den geplanten Klagen, dass die Web-Browser-Hersteller verpflichtet sind, diese zu integrieren.

Gegen die gesamte Idee von Apps abzuhängen muss protestiert werden. Und jetzt, wenn Google mit der Scheiße wie Attestation und Store-Zwang ankommt, erst recht!

To prezent na Nowy Rok, na który wielu czekało. Już 31 grudnia do najpopularniejszej polskiej aplikacji trafi wirtualny asystent oparty na sztucznej inteligencji.

Jego cel? Sprawić, byś nigdy więcej nie musiał googlować, co oznacza np. „wniosek o zaniechanie poboru”.

Jak donosi Gazeta Prawna, testy pilotażowe dobiegły końca. Ministerstwo Cyfryzacji uznało, że system jest gotowy na premierę. To nie jest zwykły chatbot z gotowymi formułkami, ale asystent oparty na modelu językowym (LLM), który ma rozumieć kontekst i naturalny język.

Tłumacz z „urzędowego” na nasze

Wiceszef resortu cyfryzacji, Dariusz Standerski, zapowiada, że asystent będzie dostępny 24/7. Największą zaletą ma być nawigacja i tłumaczenie procedur. Zamiast szukać odpowiedniego wniosku w gąszczu zakładek, po prostu zapytasz: „Zgubiłem dowód, co mam zrobić?” albo „Jak dopisać kogoś do czynszu?”. AI ma Cię poprowadzić za rękę.

Ważne dla prywatności: Ministerstwo zapewnia, że czatbot nie ma dostępu do Twoich danych osobowych w aplikacji. Nie wie, jak się nazywasz, ani jaki masz numer PESEL. Działa jako zewnętrzny „konsjerż”, który zna procedury, ale nie zna Twoich sekretów. To kluczowe rozróżnienie dla bezpieczeństwa naszych cyfrowych tożsamości.

Kierunek: Europa

AI to dopiero początek. Rok 2026 ma być rokiem, w którym mObywatel stanie się pełnoprawnym europejskim portfelem tożsamości cyfrowej (zgodnie z unijnym standardem eIDAS 2).

Co to oznacza w praktyce? Że Twój polski mObywatel będzie respektowany we Francji, Niemczech czy Włoszech. Wynajęcie auta w Hiszpanii czy potwierdzenie wieku w holenderskim barze ma odbywać się tą samą apką, którą okazujesz polskiej policji. Pełne wdrożenie planowane jest na koniec 2026 roku.

Mamy więc sytuację bez precedensu: polska administracja nie tylko goni zachodnie trendy, ale w niektórych aspektach (integracja AI z usługami publicznymi) zaczyna wyznaczać szlak. Zobaczymy tylko, czy serwery wytrzymają sylwestrowe obciążenie.

My own opinion: Time for EU to have its own sovereign DNS service and stop using US root DNSes, same for (mobile) OSes, trusted CA lists in browsers, cloud and appstores, countries payment engines and citizen's payment wallet. Seen that US goes for fascism, EU must take measure to protect its infrastructure integrity and protect its businesses, citizens and goverments from a foreign nation surveillance that does not share the values of rule of law and of freedom with EU, nor shares the same notion of what "liberty" even means. It could take years to recover, but better this than become slaves of a "new order" that denies all kind of freedoms. We know what living under these guys mean for people, trust our experience from WWII . EU: Freeze all migration to any Gafams cloud and go backwards with your businesses and personal data if you still can...their AIs must stop analysing our datas. Renationalize EU tech (mistral, ...) and ensure it cannot be bought ever by foreign countries that are competitors of EU. And to EU politiciens, stop admiring other blocks (US, China, India, russia) ans start WORKING NOW to build a democratic future for EU. We do not see anything to be admired in Trump/Musk USA of today anymore. We want to build an alternative to all these inhuman mountain of shit coming from other blocks that you are trying to sell to eu citizen. And if the european commission continues to favor US or China before EU's own sovereign big compagnies and startups, we could leave it behind and stop to obey.

All information about an european citizen is to be stored in the so-called digital wallet.

In the future, each online and offline service is to be integrated with this system. Thanks to this, EU bureaucrats will have full knowledge and control over european society. A truly Orwellian vision.

I hope more people read this excellent proposal with regard to anonymous credentials as a way to improve the EU Digital Identity Wallet.

Die EU führt die "digitale Identität" ein. Was von ihren Befürworter*innen mit irgendwelchen vermeintlichen Erleichterungen und völlig absurden Fortschrittsbegriffen gerechtfertigt werden soll, ist primär eine erweiterbare Infrastruktur, die die digitale Überwachung und soziale Kontrolle sowie neue Ausbeutungsmöglichkeiten (Daten gegen Zugang und Teilnahme, Verhaltensoptimierung etc.) der meisten Menschen durch Staaten und Konzerne keineswegs nur im Internet sondern im vernetzten Alltag auf eine neue Ebene befördern könnte. Bei der angekündigten Freiwilligkeit wird es erwartbar nicht lange bleiben, weshalb wir uns mit allen Mitteln gegen diese und andere dystopische Werkzeuge von Überwachungsstaat und Überwachungskapitalismus wehren sollten!
