It seems that The Netherlands has followed other Member States in demanding a Google or Apple account for access to their national Digital Identity Wallet... Very unfortunate.

I really wonder how these decisions fit within the DMA frame. Definitely on the agenda for more research... If anyone has any ideas: please let me know!

Sicherheitsforscher wie Paul Moore verweisen darauf, dass die App bei Einrichtung zwar z.B. eine PIN erfragt, aber durch Löschen der PinEnc und PinIV values kann jederzeit eine neue PIN eingerichtet werden, die dann vollen Zugriff (!) auf die zuvor eingerichteten Credentials hat.
