Remember when Instagram was SOCIAL?
It was about creatives showing off their talents. It was about being in the loop. It was about meeting new people who shared your interests.
I deleted Instagram, only use the website version now. I feel so free. My phone is dry AF but worth it. In fact, I've deleted every social media app from my phone.
Can't delete the account though — had it since 2010, a lot of fond memories attached to it.

Außerdem hat jede*r die/den ich kenne Drölfzigtausend apps auf'm smartphone, mit jede Menge unterschiedlicher Vorgehensweisen bei Account-Anlage & -Mapping, ohne Gejammer. M.E. eine Schutzbehauptung aus Bequemlichkeit.

Entgoogelung: Suchmaschinen gibt es viele, daher war Google nie nötig.
Auf dem Android-Smartphone kann man unglaublich viele Datenlecks ersetzen oder zumindest zum Schweigen bringen. -

Digitaler Detox entschleunigt auch ungemein.
Wenn man nämlich nicht für alles ne "schnelle und bequeme" App nimmt und statt online mehr in Persona und vor Ort erledigt, dann muss man sich zwangsläufig mehr Zeit für einzelne Aufgaben nehmen und fängt an solche zu streichen, die eigentlich gar nicht so wichtig sind auf den zweiten Blick.
Die Aufgsbendichte wird geringer, ebenso oft die Ausgaben, denn den Aufwand betreibt man nur, wenn es sich lohnt.
