Part 3: go dumbphone?
-i have 2 jobs that both require whatsap for communication, even on the move
-i need modern banking app
-some functions like navigation and access to webbrowser is sometimes needed on the go so i would need backup smartphone anyway for travel

So, even if i go full dumbphobe i would end up needing a smartone on the side. Like it or not you are living in a digital world honey!

Part 2: bad phone!
-Always reaching for it at home
-So many messages always interrupting thought!
-"i have to ansver imediatly!" feeling i get when i hear a notice
-Going to same old sites and do nothing of value or even fun, not really reading anything
-not writing things down anymore

I only post and browse mastodon as my social media so i dont have doomscrolling habits at least.
