    I'm actually OK with the high oil price at the moment. Yes it makes things more expensive and unfortunately hurts a lot of people.

    However, it also pushes the world towards renewables and low carbon alternatives. Because of this the high price is good in the long term.

    I also feel a moral obligation to help those suffering from the short term consequences wherever possible.
