Weil ja oft das Argument kommt: Die anderen stoßen auch und sogar viel mehr davon #CO2 aus, warum sollen WIR damit aufhören, oder weniger ausstoßen?
Setzten wir mal CO2 mit Gift(gas) gleich. Beides bringt uns in hohen Dosen um.
Gedankenexperiment: Alle schütten Gift ins Wasser. Ist es echte eine sinnvolle Strategie selber Gift dazuzuschütten und davon zu trinken?

Die Dramatik der Zerstörung der #Moore durch #Brände ist einfach nicht mehr in Worte zu fassen. Die Menschen, und die Fernsehmacher stumpfen einfach ab. Anstatt differenzierter einzusteigen in die Zusammenhänge der Moore für das #Klima als #CO2-Speicher, berichten sie eben eher über Rauchgeruch in Köln und über die aufopferungsvoll kämpfenden #Feuerwehrleute. Alles irgendwie wichtig, aber auch das wird irgendwann zum Normalfall werden und irgendwann keine Nachricht mehr Wert sein.

The concept 'ecological overshoot' dates back at least 45 years, when William Catton published its famous book withe the title "Overshoot"
