Le Conseil européen a fait cette proposition alternative après avoir essuyé, le 29 juin dernier, un échec concernant le règlement contre les abus sexuels sur mineurs en ligne #CSAM menant à un trilogue infructueux entre la Commission, le Parlement et le Conseil.
