@NMBA Truth. I know & so do hundreds of citizens they've illegally detained & arrested & assaulted & they committed multiple crimes in front of many witnesses - laughing about never getting consequences, etc. - in front of citizens & journalists.

#BCNDP are responsible for creating these #DomesticTerrorists. Both the #BCgovernment & #GovernmentOfCanada put taxpayers on the hook for paying millions to these #lawbreaking thugs with badges. No ID, refuse to identify themselves, wear fascist patches on their uniforms & get away with a lot of brutal shit because of qualified immunity & corrupted government protection. We seriously need to #RemoveQualifiedImmunity.

#BCRCMP #CIRG gave a promotion to one of the most violent & unhinged COs too, instead of reprimanding him for multiple unlawful actions. Sgt. Charney - long history of complaints that go back decades, which include racism/bigotry/abuses of power/etc. He's the shithead who sent away my BC Ambulance help, slashed emergency water tanks at Wetsuweten during a drought & wildfires season, ordered helicopters to violate Transport Canada regulations & fly too low to kick up dust/debris at activists, tried running me over with an ATV - I could literally list many more illegal shit done by Charney alone.

Not only did they not do anything at all on overdue & necessary #PoliceReform but the Horgan/Eby #BCNDP has spent more funds on sending cops to silence #citizens #dissent & arrest/kidnap/illegally detain Indigenous land defenders/water protectors on their own unceded lands, than any other BC government prior.

Let's not forget that #BCRCMP #CIRG unit was created in 2017, under Horganized #CrimesAgainstHumanity regime, as #CorporateMercenaries to protect ecocidal industry capital. The bill for CIRG services should be paid by the private ecocide industry they're protecting - not be put on backs of #BCTaxpayers. CIRG doesn’t protect citizens at all. It should be #abolished but this current #neoliberal greedy government isn't going to follow the moral & ethical route to do that.

This corporate mercenaries unit only exists in #BritishColumbia & they're violent towards environmental & Indigenous activists. This unit was created solely to protect interests of private ecocidal corporations & they do not protect citizens. The unit should be abolished.

Please note: All of these RCMP thugs are wearing the #ThinBlueLine patch AND one of the bigot #colonizers had the nerve to wear a #MoosehidePin too 😤💩 None wore any identification badges & refused to provide their badge numbers when asked - which is illegal in BC, when they voluntarily interact with any citizen. A few of them(not in these photos) actually had put black tape over their identification badges too.

#FuckTheRCMP - they flew these #helicopters multiple times, daily, circling over us, to try & intimidate us. An hour after I took this vid clip - they flew above us again. I mooned them from landback resistance camp bridge.

The voluntary RCMP #CIRG unit was created in 2017 as a strictly corporate mercenaries unit in BC. Approved by #BCNDP government. The same government who has given them multiple budget increases - millions of #BCtaxpayers monies were used for that. Taxpayers monies were also used by #BCgovernment on attempts to criminalize environmental activists in BC courts. Some of the court cases are still ongoing.

RCMP CIRG is a fully voluntary unit & RCMP who choose to join the unit get paid more than regular RCMP goons. It's all about the extra money for these colonial greedy chumps.
