Another area close by just went under evac order. This is now 7 populated areas in the 3 valleys close to here. One of the properties there just put up a photo of a hastily written sign in their front yard "Please water our tomatoes". This is gut wrenching. I've never felt anything so akin. The work, the love, the sweat, the years of grit that we put into our lives, our homes, our damn tomatoes... this world is burning due to every climate denier, every greedy corporation, every corrupt paid-off politician.. Fuck them all. Our world does not have to be like this, should not be like this. We were gifted a priceless jewel in the universe and we've fucked it all.
These are dark times and the Tower is in free fall. -
