I’m more interested in cool &/or silly monster and nuclear/social critique than excellent graphics or acting. I like immersive world building, but getting a good grasp on depicting zilla is most important here.

This is a long shot but, I'm looking for a specific artist. I used to follow them on Instagram and I've totally forgotten their handle (there's no way I'd remember their real name either).

There's a specific painting that I remember very well, it's of a pair of headlights illuminating a garage door. The garage door is ajar and a pair of horse legs can be seen standing in a pool of blood.

The artists uses a lot of shadow and negative space in their art. Sometimes featuring animals; dogs, tigers...

Question for coloured pencil users. Today at the craft store, there was a set of 25 coloured pencils, for $70. I couldn't find anything special about them, but probably I don't know what I'm missing.

Does anybody know what could make a single coloured pencil worth near $3?

I know crayola isn't a high end art supply producer, but to compare, you buy like 50 for $20.

I find crayola pencils too 'slippery'; but they hold up well.
Some brands, the coloured 'leads' are all broken inside.

I kinda like the Ikea Gestalta figure as it's decently sized. There are figma figures which are more detailed and with more details but they are barely half the size of the Ikea figure.🤔 :sharesloved2:
