- Run setup until Win11 tells you, you need Internet.
- Ctrl+ F10 and type in

- Do setup again and click the "I don't have Internet" button that now magically appears.

I have #LinuxMint 22.1 installed now. No major issues. Searched for my backup browser, #Vivaldi, in the Software Manager, and got "No matching packages found." So grabbed the deb from their site, and when I go to install it, I get a popup saying "This package is available in the repositories." Yeah.
Then when I did install Vivaldi, it wouldn't sync to my account. The username and passwords worked, but no bookmarks or extensions and such transferred over. Ah well, I allow for such in the fresh installs I do on alternating SSDs with each new release, and have screenshots of my extension page, and exported bookmarks and such, so I can reconstruct it.
No further regressions in the colored emojis that went sour in v21. I dislike the new OSD for changing #workspaces. Turned that off and am letting the Workspace Grid applet display a 3×3 grid on the panel. Works fine, though I wish it were as bright as the icons beside it, not dark-grey on near-black in dark mode.
In Wilma, PrintScr didn't work for Screenshot, but I was able to re-assign its combinations to Pause. In #Xia, "show the workspace selection screen" does nothing with its default Alt+F1 shortcut or any other key combo I try, but I found online how to assign a Custom Shortcut to make Alt+F1 give a dbus-send command to ShowExpo, and that works now.
Also, while Ctrl+Alt+Right and Ctrl+Alt+Left allow me to move within the 456 row, Ctrl+Alt+Down and Ctrl+Alt+Up don't get me to the 123 or 789 row, despite being turned on in Workspace Grid, and cleared from their normal meanings in Keyboard Shortcuts. Odd, but I use Ctrl+Alt+Num[1–9] anyway.

On the hardware side of my dev setup I made 2 changes:
Switched from #Realforce TKL keyboard to #HHKB Pro Hybrid Type-S. Those #topre switches are endgame, and while I had the same ones in the Realforce, the overall feel of HHKB, its layout, size, weight, feels great. It forced me to start using ctrl in caps-lock position due to its layout, which is something I wanted to try in the past but never had enough will. Should have done this earlier, because it feels great.

Dřív jsem používal něco jako

ale to teď nefunguje a prý mám používat

Možná by mohlo nějak jít ten #touchpad odblokovat
jinek než vypnutím.---

PS. One thing that caught me out: the default project setting was for 1080 resolution at 25fps. Make sure you set it to 30 (or 60 if you’re a gamer, I guess) if you need to and not get caught out like I did as changing the FPS on an existing project throws out all your timings for effects, etc.
PPS. Couldn’t find a dedicated shortcut for centering/left-aligning the timeline at the playhead but Ctrl-plus/minus results in the former.

If you’re working in Kdenlive, guides are your friend. As are the razor, slip, and ripple tools (take a moment to really learn them and you’ll save yourself a lot of time).
Also, the alt+arrow keys for navigating between clips on the timeline and ctrl+arrow keys for navigating between guides.
Finally, useful filters: Everything in Motion, Volume and Dynamics (audio fades, etc.), Alpha, Mask, Keying → Obscure (pixellate sensitive stuff).

Progress with the UI so far. I switched windows decorations fully to gl. For some reason shadows renders on screenshots as checkers, I'll fix that later. As well as this ugly shadow shape. Bottom corners are still off, pixelated, but top corners looks great!
Along the way I fixed CTRL+mouse scroll to zoom. Which helps me to investigate details better.

Still working on improving input methods. Just "finished" a feature useful especially to #CJK languages (#Chinese , #Japanese , #Korean ):
the input method intercepts some #key presses.

I use pyenv for installing specific python versions for for different projects, and venv for creating virtual environments, if a project need to run in the background, i have two methods, depending the case
For example, after installing pyenv:pyenv install 3.13.7

@Tirial I use #keyboardmaestro for so many things I’m not even sure where to start. Most common daily use is global keyboard shortcuts, e.g., Cmd-shift-option-ctrl-S to open Safari (I I use Karabiner to remap the Caps Lock key to command-shift-option-control). I also turn my extended keyboard numeric keypad into free StreamDeck. I have a dozen macros that do more complicated things, like one that un-formats and pastes text but works in all apps (special casing MS Word and a few others).

I found kind of a gross yet workable hack-a-round.
Let's say I want to change directory to the folder containing 'k8s.py'. If I type:
cd
dirname <ctrl-t>k8s.pyGross only in that it requires a somewhat gnarly mix of scripted and interactive, and in my dreamworld I'd want this bound to a key like Alt-f or something the way Alt-c and Ctrl-t are now.

Проблема заключается в том, что в таблице на React с колонками, у которых есть свойство position: sticky , иногда пропадала граница между соседними ячейками по вертикали. Причём проявлялась она не всегда и носит случайный характер. Забавно, что изменение масштаба страницы (Ctrl + колесико мыши) мгновенно возвращает исчезнувший бордер. При этом в CSS все прописано и никуда не исчезает — это чисто визуальный баг рендера.
