Stayed up too late coding (or modifying WP site to function properly)... spent the rest of the night tossing and turning thinking about webdev code for the first time in a long time.
Sleepless night ended with a dream of my old mentor giving me the tough love treatment as work production system is waiting on me and he refuses to turn his back or help.

But probably the proudest workflow I found for myself using #bulletjournal (aka #bujo) and my #dicebaby game is by labeling my todo list in a simple .txt file and using #Nano syntax highlighting to organize importance.
Not perfect by any means…but grabbing all the good #ADHD qualities from The Bullet Journal, as mentioned by author Ryder Carroll but searchable and easy to transport, as argued by Derek Sivers (ref: https://sive.rs/plaintext).
Plus you won’t have to opt-in to those expensive up sell dead tree bullet journals taking up shelf space.

Early in that cabinet meeting he also spent 3 mins and 27 seconds talking about how Sharpie pens are cheaper and better than the fancier ball point pens used by previous Presidents.
All this while America is at war and the average price of a gallon of gas is bumping up to about $4 / gallon.”

What’s missing from this story is #WFA.
Every level is expected to cut, reduce, and snip “non-essential “ services…or remove services altogether b/c #RTO3 and upcoming #RTO4 have nullified any IT professional that can work #remote for another team or private sector.

I spent a day on and off troubleshooting my #Ender 3 v2 to get the damn tugboat benchy to finish…turned out the new bowden tube was unable to handle 220°C. About 15 mins into every print the end would over heat and the filament would break and clog up.
My mistake for blindly trusting weird looking part just b/c I bought it “locally”.

I’m in a unique situation of receiving newsletters and announcements from both my employer and union regarding return to office mandate (aka #RTO3 aka “prescribed workplace presence“)
And no where does either make suggestions for the second vehicle my family now needs to get.
Should I drive my family deeper into debt for a reliable bells and whistles commuter car or a reliable 10yr old 4 cylinder with low mileage?
my stress level has an uptick over this between mounting work

So I clicked on a Naloxone ad on Reddit and received a free “#narcan spray” kit for opiate overdose (we have same issues in our city).
I thought it would be a good idea to carry in our vehicle…but have to admit I’m overwhelmed the kit came with needles and vials as well. Guess I need a first aid course after all.
