"For years, the #PortlandOR artist, who goes by @pdxdinorama on social media, has been helping her neighbors transform ordinary walkways, curb gardens, and front yards into colorful, interactive art installations.
"Through the Worldwide Sidewalk Joy Map, Harms Mahlandt encourages artists around the world to 'add whimsy' to their own neighborhoods with tiny #PuzzleLibraries, #WishingTrees, #ToySwaps, miniature #ArtMuseums, #PlantExchanges, #DinoDioramas — and, of course, little #FreeLibraries.

Walked to the bank to find it "exceptionally closed today" 😩
Swung by the Little Free Library instead, and hit the JACKPOT.
Somebody left a TON of DVDs.
I got so excited about the Artificial Eye ones, I didn't notice the massive pile on the other shelf!
Heck yeah!! The haul!! 🍿🤓✨ Something to cover every taste in the house for some time..

Internet in a box can be the starting point for so many smaller projects. You don’t have to run all of it for every project.
I use it as the foundation for my little free e-library,https://github.com/michaelbelcher/LittleFreeELibrary
But it can also be used as a stand alone NextCloud instance, offline Wikipedia/ #kiwix server or open source maps interface.

I was delighted to find this book in my neighbourhood little free library. I left it there because maybe someone needs it, and I'd just keep it as a novelty and probably never read it, but I love knowing that this kind of book exists. #LittleFreeLibraries
