@lackattack Once you start cooking #metric you’ll never go back. Need 6g of salt? Throw the bowl on your kitchen scale add salt. Now you need 100ml of water? Tare the balance and add water until it reads 100g. Making things like cakes and breads and stuff with mass units instead of volume is so much easier. No more umpteen spoons and cups for measuring. Just a balance and maybe a measuring cup.
