@dckim hi, this is actually the first time I hear about 11ty 😮, but I basically went with #Hugo template tweaking because there's a lot of content on it (therefore AI can help 😂) and a couple of #IndieWeb compatible templates... I also found a way to generate a website directly from #orgmode but let's not go in that direction...

Just spent 3 hours trying to debug a local AI setup... #Ollama running in docker, properly using my GPU. #OpenWebUI and #Alpaca work just fine.

I wanted to hook it up to #opencode or #openclaw but both seem to get stuck when trying to execute a command...

Took a long time compiling #zmk (native installation) for my #lily58 #splitKeyboard ...
Couldn't figure out how to use a local zmk-config directory so I just modified the default keymap to suit my needs and then I proceeded to do more changes in #ZMKStudio 😂

I think it is faster to sketch diagrams by hand, massage the ideas a bit and then only invest time in generating svg, Visio, whatever for documentation.
I refuse to waste time in making pointless (see what I did there?) ppt files with nice diagrams for kick off meetings 😂
