“Altro che sanzioni economiche contro Israele. Bruxelles non pensa minimamente a sanzionare Tel Aviv per il genocidio a Gaza. Anzi. Secondo un’inchiesta di Statewatch, Ong indipendente britannica che monitora i diritti civili in Europa, ripresa dal sito olandese The Rights Forum, la Commissione europea sta portando avanti negoziati segreti con Israele per concedere alla polizia israeliana l’accesso ai dati dell’agenzia di polizia europea Europol. Accordo che secondo gli esperti di diritti umani metterebbe a rischio la vita dei palestinesi e potrebbe violare il diritto internazionale.
Dati sensibili e biometrici in cambio di cooperazione
Secondo la bozza dell’intesa siglata nel 2022, lo scambio prevederebbe di una vasta gamma di dati personali: nomi, numeri di identificazione, localizzazioni, informazioni genetiche e biometriche, e molto altro, tra cui dettagli sulle opinioni politiche personali, sulla salute delle persone, sulle relazioni e persino sull’orientamento sessuale. Secondo Eitan Diamond, giurista menzionato da Novara Media, «i dati trasferiti potrebbero essere usati come intelligence per supportare decisioni mirate ad attaccare e uccidere palestinesi»”.

The guide promotes the Golan Heights for its open landscapes, vineyards, and scenic views, recommending wineries and other tourist destinations alongside sites in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem.
The presentation effectively normalizes Israel's control over the territory while omitting its illegal status under international law.
Israel captured the Golan Heights from Syria during the 1967 war and annexed the territory in 1981.
The UN Security Council declared the annexation "null and void and without international legal effect."
The United States recognized Israeli sovereignty over the Golan Heights in 2019, while Colombia became the only other government to follow that position this week.
