    These #cheesy #puffs look fancy, but come together in minutes to make any #snack feel like an occasion.   13. 昨晩は残りのスモーク・サーモンで簡単なサーモンちらし寿司に。
    寿司飯の割合は亡き母のもの。4合で酢大さじ6、砂糖大さじ4−5、塩小さじ2−3。これを半分にして2合炊いて作ったらちょうどいい好みの味具合。サーモンは手でちぎり、キュウリは薄切りで塩をふってから絞り、海苔とゴマをぱらぱら。

    寿司桶が欲しいなあ。
