- 1-2 tbsp oil/butter

- 4 eggs

- 1 green chilli, chopped
- 2 spring onions, chopped (separate whites and greens)
- 2 cups cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 tbsp chicken powder (I used one Maggi chicken cube. You can use chicken broth cube or similar)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- Salt to taste
Instructions
Step 1: Scramble the eggs
Heat oil/butter in a pan on medium flame and add sesame seeds. Once they begin to crackle, add the eggs and scramble them until just cooked. Remove and keep aside.Step 2: Prepare the base
In the same pan, add a little more oil. Add garlic, green chillies and the white part of spring onions. Sauté for a few seconds until fragrant.Step 3: Cook the cabbage
