Super easy #cheesecake: 500 quark, 2 eggs, some sugar (1-2 teaspoons; does not have to be a lot if final result eaten with honey), some flour (~2 heaped tablespoons). Mix directly in the oven dish (high one, it will become very fluffy). In the oven at 180-200°C (no pre-heating necessary) for 30-45 min. If burned on top, roughly cover with some aluminium foil (I keep old clean ones from deliveries for this).
Messy but yummy. Freezeable. Tastes great hot & cold. Lovely breakfast.

Para comer una pizza en la ciudad de Buenos Aires
En algún momento empecé a recopilar lo que me llegaba, vía Twitter, antes de convertirse en X sobre restaurantes, pizzerías, bares, etc. etc. de la ciudad de Buenos Aires y algo del conurbano!
Todo eso fue después del COVID y del ascenso de Milei y la extrema derecha!
Había un clima diferente en las redes no digo que no había peleas, las había, pero sobrevivía, no siempre, la amabilidad y algo de buena educación.
Después todo se desbarrancó y, cuando Twitter se hizo X todo fue peor!
En realidad yo me fui antes, ahora estoy en el Fediverso, pero esa es otra historia.
De vez en cuando me doy un paseo por X no entro en la cuenta que tenía, no entré nunca más ahí!
Lo hago a través de https://xcancel.com/ que te permite, por ahora, chusmear lo que pasa con una determinada cuenta de X sin tener que loggearte ni nada de eso!.

El debate que surge después por su precio (la vende a 50 lucas, eso a precio de hoy, 27/09/2025).
No estoy en Buenos Aires, la torta tiene buena pinta, y no sé si tendría las 50 lucas para comprarla, pero parece buena.
Tal vez se esté recuperando cierta amabilidad, buena educación, no sé. Si la torta te parece cara, simple, no la compres, viví y dejá vivir!
Es una pena que todo esté instalado en Instagram, la persona que vende las tortas, además de en X, está en Instagram!.
Si querés comprarle una torta podés mandarle un DM, supongo que vía Twitter o Instagram o un Whatsapp.
El tema es que la forma para mandarle un WhatsApp está en un link de la bio!! (Ugh!).
Todo esto te hace muy difícil su acceso si no usás X, Instagram, WhatsApp…Qué le vas a hacer.
