Mocha Greek Yogurt
I am a hyper carnivore so I do not eat fiber. This can be difficult on my microbiome. So I eat yogurt to keep my microbiome happy :wink:. I typically make my own Greek yogurt though my favorite store brand is always an acceptable standin. It must be made with whole milk as I do not eat any dairy products that are low or no fat. I add a teaspoon of instant coffee and a teaspoon of unsweetened baker's chocolate to my yogurt and sweeten it with a teaspoon of Stevia & Erythiritol extract. I typically also add a half teaspoon of bourbon vanilla. I also have a glass of GG Energy Acid Rain (peach) on the side which is a no-carb no-caffeine engery drink.
